This is a sexy character, too bad they ruined her in the cartoon with that man voice. And Jackie Kennedy was very sexy as well (the person this character is based off of)

Well they said her voice is also based off of JFK's wife, although I can't imagine Jackie sounding just like that though :/

Only because of her low voice...the growly, three-pack-a-day bit was just added for comedic effect. Originally they envisioned her having a voice similar to Harvey Fierstein [link]
